Essentials

The tournament will be held on Tuesday 15th July on Clapham Common, not far from Windmill Drive. (map here).

The evening starts at 5.00pm for team registrations and an overview of some of the rules - please be changed and ready on time - we want to ensure the tournament is complete before it gets dark. Please note: there are no changing facilities on Clapham Common.

After the tournament we will head off to the pub for some well-earned, post-match drinks and presentation of trophies. We have booked the nearby Alexandra Pub, 14 Clapham Common South Side, Clapham, SW4 7AA, (details here) so all you City Hot Shots will have plenty of opportunity to discuss in great detail all the goals you scored during the tournament.

Supernova Korfball Club will be providing all the equipment you will need on the day, but you'll need to bring along the following:

  • Clothing - Standard sports clothing is fine. Come along in team or corporate colours if you can, though preferably not the ever-popular white.
  • Footwear - Astroturf boots are best, otherwise standard sports shoes will do.
  • Cost - There will be a registration fee of £50 per team. Please make cheques payable to "Supernova Korfball Club"
