12th Annual Supernova Corporate Korfball Challenge

CONGRATULATIONS TO ERNST & YOUNG - THE 2011 CORPORATE KORFBALL CHALLENGE CHAMPIONS.

Another fantastic evening's korfball on Clapham Common saw Ernst & Young lift the trophy for the third time, after beating RPS int he final. The rain held off and the sun even managed to poke through the clouds on occasions. We were even honoured with the presence of a sporting legend when Dame Kelly Holmes joined her Legacy Trust team on court.

The other trophy winners on the night were the Coach of the Tournament award, which went to Jess Davies (M&G Grads) who coached a team without a player who had ever seen korfball before into an amazing fourth place. The Female MVP Award went to Emma Mayes (RBS Group Property) and the Male MVP went to tournament stalwart Nick Tudball (BNP Paribas).

Team photos and other pictures from the event are now available on the Photos page.

Supernova is grateful as ever for the support provided by M&G and Rabobank. Without their generous assistance, the tournament would not have grown into the event it is today, one of the biggest and best known fixtures in the City sporting calendar.
